- Mix ricotta cheese, 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and egg in a bowl until well blended.
- Spread 1 cup of meat sauce over the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, and 1 cup meat sauce. Repeat layers twice more with noodles, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 25 more minutes.
