I want to talk more about the lack of talent development because there is a lack of talent development. In other words, when you are unsure what you are skilled to do, you choose the best career path or business idea that may not necessarily be your strong suit. Also, this choice leads to an under-productive workplace, workplace burnout, and people quitting their jobs.
Between December 2019-May 2020, there has been a 25% increase in employees quitting their jobs. With that said, why are more people quitting their jobs? Because their job does not fulfill them, they get low pay, lack opportunities, feel disrespected, and have a toxic company culture.
