- Reflect – We encourage our clients to think carefully about their commitment to this essential life-changing decision and to approach it with all seriousness.
- Envision – This is a critical step; during this step, we help our clients identify their innate talents and abilities, core values, and the third factor, fulfilling consumer needs (FCN). These three factors will assist us in identifying the best potential business. We are all created differently, and one person’s natural talent differs from the next. In short, your natural abilities and your values will help to determine your purpose.
- Plan/Blueprint – After we determine your talents and abilities, we get into the planning phase. During the planning phase, we put all the brainstorming on paper. We help you draw up a business plan that defines your objectives, strengths, weaknesses, and how you will achieve your business goals. You will revisit and adjust your business plan as your company grows. The business plan will include the executive summary, company description, market analysis, service or product line, marketing and sales, and many more.
- Build/Branding – After writing the business plan, then comes the creative part of your business. At the building phase, we will work together to get a model of your service or product prototype. We will move into the branding phase. Your business should be unique from your competitors. Branding includes your business name, logo, tagline, brand colors and font, website design, social media profiles, business cards, brochures, packaging, marketing merchandise, brand voice, slogan, unique selling point, and many more.
Your branding should answer questions such as

- What differentiates you from your competitor?
- What unique problem/problems do you solve?
- Why should a consumer choose you over your competitor?
Launch – When we get to the launch phase, we should have a tangible service or product ready to introduce to the world. We will go into full marketing at this stage. Lead Generation – After we launch the product or service, we will focus on targeting your niche customers for your product or service.
